Some bad moments

This meditation app is good for college students as well! What I like is that the lady is talking with normal voice tones rather than the typical guided meditation voice. I find that easier to relax with, rather than the usual talking style.
Great App for an introduction to mindfulness as well as to continue the practice of mindfulness. I would actually recommend this friendlier (more relatable) app to not only teens but to all ages as well.
